This as-yet-unnamed platform aims to consolidate sports content from networks owned by the three companies, including ESPN, ESPN2, ABC, FOX, FS1, FS2, BTN, TNT, TBS, and truTV.

Lachlan Murdoch, Executive Chair and CEO of Fox Corporation, expressed enthusiasm for the venture in a press release, stating, "We're excited to bring the FOX Sports portfolio to this innovative new platform. We believe the service will offer dedicated fans beyond the traditional cable package access to a wide range of exceptional sports content, all in one convenient location."

The new platform will feature a diverse array of sporting events, including NFL, NBA, NHL, NASCAR, college sports, UFC, PGA, FIFA World Cup, and more.

A standalone app will be available for the service, offering convenient access for subscribers. Additionally, subscribers to ESPN+, Hulu, and Max will also have access to this new platform, enhancing the reach and availability of the sports content offered.

In the joint venture, Fox Corporation, Disney, and Warner Bros. Discovery will each hold a one-third ownership stake.

Discovery, which encompasses networks such as TBS and TNT. This partnership aims to create a bundle-like service offering streamlined access to a wide range of sports content from these major media entities.
